<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif">U.S. Bank has identified the cause of the systems issue that is affecting the ability of branches to cash State of Oregon checks/warrants and has identified a resolution (there
currently is no ETA for when the resolution will be in place). If a payee of your agency experiences difficulties in cashing a check/warrant at a U.S. Bank branch, or your agency is otherwise contacted by a U.S. Bank branch to verify a check/warrant, please
direct branch staff to contact U.S. Bank Commercial Customer Service at 877.295.2509. Please notify Treasury if you learn that branch staff are not contacting Commercial Customer Service and we will escalate with U.S. Bank.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
