<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif">As previously communicated,
<b>received ACH services at U.S. Bank were generally discontinued as of July 1.</b> While
<b>most received ACH transactions directed to U.S. Bank will be returned to the payer,</b> agencies and universities may continue to see limited transactions process through U.S. Bank this month depending on when transactions were originated. And remember that
<b>ACH transactions will continue to process through U.S. Bank’s E-Payment service.</b><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif">Agencies and universities continue to have access to legacy reporting</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif"> for any received ACH transactions
still processed through U.S. Bank. Such transactions will also be reflected on Treasury account statements (received ACH transactions processed through U.S. Bank are identified on Treasury account statements as “Incoming ACH” with a “1” in the column titled
“Check/Advice Number Item Count”).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
