</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Our consultant, CH2MHill, began work of the Facility Plan in May. We expect to have open houses for the plan later this summer. ODOT and Lincoln City must complete the Facility Plan by the end of this year. Our funding may be at risk if we cannot meet our deadlines.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We expect to brief City Council later this summer on our progress on the Facility Plan. Once the Facility Plan is completed, we can start working on what we will be able to construct. Phasing options will depend on how much money we have available. </FONT></P>
