<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">We are nearing completion of a facility plan for U.S. 101 from SW 12th Street to SE High School Drive in Lincoln City. The facility plan will show a modern U.S. 101 needed<SPAN LANG="en"> to meet Lincoln City’s traffic needs, now and into the future. </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></SPAN>
<BR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Come view and discuss the highway design in the facility plan at our upcoming open house scheduled for Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Join us from 12- 2p.m. or 6- 8p.m. at the Lincoln City Cultural Center at 540 NE U.S. 101 in Lincoln City.</FONT></B> </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">The purpose of the open house is to help keep the community informed about the five lane design included with the facility plan. We will listen to and acknowledge community concerns and aspirations and will compile public comments to include with the facility plan to inform future decision making.</FONT></SPAN></P>
