[Utilities_fit] Doodle Poll reminder

Good morning,

I'd like to remind everyone to respond to the doodle poll to try and find the best time for our first Utilities FIT meeting. I expanded to poll to look out a couple more weeks, due to poor response to my previous email. I know it can be difficult in the summer with scheduled vacations and all.
