[Utilities_fit] Tomorrow's meeting

Hello all,

During our monthly FIT Lead's meeting today, we were encouraged to have the charter include activities that would support the goals and objectives of the State Geospatial Data Strategic Plan. I have uploaded the plan to the meeting files, but here's a screenshot of that section of the plan to get your minds churning.
