[Utilities_fit] Utilities FIT Update

I wanted to let you all know that Sephe has decided to step down as FIT Lead for the Utilities theme. Please join me in thanking Sephe for her efforts with the Utilities FIT. Although Sephe is stepping away from the FIT Lead role, I look forward to her continued interest and involvement in the Framework Program in the future - after her vacation in Belize!

Please reach out if you know of anyone interested in taking on the Utilities FIT Lead role.
