[Utilities_fit] Utilities FIT Check-In

I wanted to reach out to you all and invite you to join me for an Utilities FIT check-in.  The agenda is still in the works, but in general, I'd like to discuss what the Utilities FIT looks like this year, talk about potential options for finding a Utilities FIT Lead and identify potential task for the work plan.
