<p class="MsoNormal">An in-progress draft document giving guidelines as to what should be included as a framework element and why.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A FAQ that basically summarizes the points of the guidelines document.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The excel files are:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">An inventory document detailing the current list of Utility Data Elements. This inventory spreadsheet is something that we need to fill out this year.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A summary of the results from the Business Use survey that I put out a couple of months back. Potentially this could be the basis for a new and more appropriate list of data elements.<o:p></o:p></p>
