<a href="https://www.daycare.com/massachusetts/">state standards</a> for childcare. I don’t think there are any laws that pertain to library staff but I would say at least 2 staff for large events would be a “best practice”. I’d be curious to know what others
think too, also for the minimum # of staff in the building. As far as I know that is usually up to the director though we also have some one-person libraries here!
