Hi Bronwen,

I found this in the documentation:

“Not hearing audio alerts? Check your browser's site settings. Some browsers, such as Firefox, may automatically block audio on sites -- including LibChat.”

Good afternoon,

I have some good news and a question. I got my first chat in Spanish today during my afternoon shift!  That was exciting!

My question has to do with Notifications. I have the Sound and Desktop Notifications toggled to the “on” position, but I don´t get a sound or visual pop-up. Does anyone have any suggestions?
