[Answerland] LibChat update: Screensharing now available

Hello Answerlanders,

Several of you inquired about the screensharing option in LibChat, and it's now available!

Some details:

  *   It's using Zoom.
  *   All modern browsers are supported (even mobile browsers, too).
  *   The screensharing works without any plugins (though some functionality may be limited with the browser version e.g. no VOIP audio or video for the web browser version without a small download first).

  *   Share your screen and save screenshots during a patron chat: https://ask.springshare.com/libanswers/faq/1876
  *   Record the screensharing session, save it locally and send it to the patron. https://ask.springshare.com/ libanswers/faq/1876<https://ask.springshare.com/libanswers/faq/1876> - scroll to "How to record and share the screensharing session"
  *   To see how many times Screensharing was invoked and also the length of each screensharing session, head to LibChat > Transcripts and filter transcripts for those chats which included a screensharing session, then use the "view transcript" option to view stats on how long the meeting lasted.
