Hi All,

Hope your week is off to a good start. Please feel free to forward the message below about the first Public Sector Sustainability Roundtable MED Networking event of 2022 to people from your organizations who you think might be interested in joining us.

We look forward to seeing you there!

>>>Register in advance for this event!<<<

Join us for the PSSR Member Engagement and Development Networking Event, Cultivating Emotional Resilience happening Wednesday, March 16th from 3-4pm.
As practitioners we learn and teach others about climate resilience, yet few of us receive formal training in how we can manage our own emotional resilience, or the resilience of those we lead, in the face of challenges. This session will help you identify strategies that have worked for you in the past and identify new strategies for building your own customized "toolkit" of emotional resilience practices.

In this gathering we'll be providing more time to converse and to practice human personal resilience with the guidance of our guest speaker Niki Steckler.
Dr. Niki Steckler <https://www.ohsu.edu/school-of-medicine/management/niki-steckler> (she, her, hers) is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University where she has developed and taught highly-regarded leadership courses. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. Niki coauthored a resiliency skills curriculum for medical students and integrates tools for self-awareness and emotional self-regulation into the leadership courses she teaches.
