Over the past two years, COVID compelled many of our agencies to find new ways of doing business- some we've come to realize have longer term benefits. One of the ways agencies changed was to convert paper-heavy functions to paperless ones. In doing so, these agencies were able to conserve resources, reduce paper procurement costs, increase process efficiencies and save space.

Please join us on Thursday, October 13 for a one-hour webinar where staff from ODOT and OHA/DHS will share how they were able to convert their procurement processes from paper-based to electronic, the benefits they realized and the challenges they faced. There will also be an opportunity to discuss what other agencies can learn and how they can replicate these successes.
