All, if your agency has an interest in grant funding to support onsite solar projects, PGE has a grant fund, see details below. DAS was awarded a grant in from this program in 2020 that we are using to install a 250kW system at our Fleet and Parking Services location.

Happy to answer any questions I can about the DAS experience and what I know about the program.

Thanks,

Dave

Subject: 2023 PGE Renewable Development Fund, Updates

Dear community partners,

Since 1999, PGE customers choosing clean energy through our Green Future renewable power programs have helped fund clean energy projects in the community through the Renewable Development Fund. To date, 87 organizations have received support through the Renewable Development Fund, helping them achieve their sustainability goals while bringing more renewable power to Oregon.

These projects are making a difference, so we're exploring new ways to add even more reliable, clean power to the grid. Pending approval from the Oregon Public Utility Commission, this year's Renewable Development Fund cycle will include - for the first time - funding for projects that incorporate energy storage. Combining battery storage with solar power offers more consistent energy and makes projects more resilient to potential outages, regardless of the weather or time of day.

2023 PGE Renewable Development Fund applications are expected to open May 31st-July 31st. As you begin brainstorming or designing projects for your application, we encourage you to consider incorporating battery storage into your plans.

Application guidelines, answers to common questions and additional information will be available on the RDF webpage<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.portlandgeneral.com%2Frdf&data=05%7C01%7CDavid.WORTMAN%40das.oregon.gov%7C650c6b0a622e4dfbaadc08db21964def%7Caa3f6932fa7c47b4a0cea598cad161cf%7C0%7C0%7C638140701680159472%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=8fR5p2LNz4cSO%2BMMzFc0plZXV4dR9g00T3BON7mM3Q0%3D&reserved=0> in the coming month. If you have any questions or want to be notified when application materials are available, please email RenewableDevFund at pgn.com<mailto:RenewableDevFund at pgn.com>.

Thank you,

Kelsey
