[kids-lib] Picture Book Follow-Up

Our multicolored snowflake book turned out to be "The Littlest Snowman" by
Charles Tazewell. Definitely one I was not familiar with!

While our patron remembered it after a few hours, Kristy Kemper Hodge at
Corvallis also came up with the right answer.
