Call for Workshop Proposals

The 4th annual Oregon Parenting Educators Conference<http://health.oregonstate.edu/hallie-ford/oregon-parenting-education-week> will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 and we are seeking presenters for a wide range of topics. Workshops will be 90 minutes in length and should focus on research, organizational, programmatic topics, and practical application strategies that support effective parenting education in the following Parenting Education Core Areas<https://oregonparentingeducationcollaborative.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/pecoreknowledgeskills2016v1.pdf>:

CORE AREA 1: HUMAN GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
CORE AREA 2: PARENT, CHILD, FAMILY & COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS
CORE AREA 3: PARENTING EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

One presenter per workshop will be provided a complimentary registration for the conference.

Proposals will be accepted until (11:59 PM PST) January 29, 2017. Please share this information with others who might be interested in presenting at the conference.
