[kids-lib] Answerland patron looking for children's books by an Oregon author

Hello all,

An Answerland patron is looking for help: "I know Leonie N. Brooke, an Oregon classroom teacher, authored magazine articles in the 1940s and 1950s. I believe she also wrote children's books. Can you identify any for me?"

We've already checked WorldCat to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
