[kids-lib] Youth Lit Fest

Can you think of anything better than spending an entire day with award-winning authors and illustrators of children's and teen literature?  Well, here's your chance to do exactly that-for free!  Deschutes Public Library's 2019 Youth Lit Fest will be April 6, 2019, from 9-5, at Summit High School in Bend.  Presenters include 2018 Caldecott winner Matthew Cordell, Andre Norton Award finalist Fonda Lee, Robert Sibert Honor winner Katherine Roy, Dan Gemeinhart, Amber Keyser, Catherine Alene, and Jaime Wong, formerly of Chronicle Books.  We'll also have a Skype conversation with Jason Reynolds.  Book sales and autographing will be at the end of the day.
