The Oregon Health and Science University Library would like to send you some promotional material related to an exciting new project called Oregon Health Go Local – a new online directory of health services and facilities in Oregon.
This material, consisting of brochures and pens (while supplies last), is intended to help you promote this resource to your users who seek health related information.
If you’d like Oregon Health Go Local promotional material to make available to your users, please send an e-mail to golocal at ohsu.edu<mailto:golocal at ohsu.edu> and include the address to which you’d like us to send the material.  Unless otherwise specified, we will send 50 brochures and 25 pens.
About Oregon Health Go Local
Oregon Health Go Local is a joint project of the Oregon Health and Science University Library and the National Library of Medicine. Oregon Health Go Local is a free, web –based directory of health resources, services, and providers throughout the state of Oregon. Entries include government agencies, libraries, hospitals, health clinics, support groups, non-profit service organizations, and much more.  Oregon Health Go Local also links to health topics in MedlinePlus, the National Library of Medicine’s excellent web site that provides free, current, authoritative health information.  From MedlinePlus users can connect to Oregon Health Go Local to locate local and regional health services that relate to specific health conditions.
