[Libs-Or] Gale remote authentication

Steve,

We had a heck of a time getting our authentication to work. I went back and
forth with Gale for weeks. It eventually turned out that they'd made a typo
when they had entered our IP addresses. So when the rep was helping me he
kept telling me that everything looked good on their end but he hadn't
checked what was actually entered in their set-up.

That SEEMS like it would be an isolated incident but it might be worth
having them verify that the IP address range they have on file for you is
the actually the one they set up.
