Hi Martín,
I’m sure you thought of this, but Portland Public Schools comes to mind because of its diversity and because it is the largest school district in Oregon. This document from Oct. 2010 on the PPS website lists the top non-English languages in the district: http://www.pps.k12.or.us/files/esl/ChartOct_2010.pdf.
Salem-Keizer School District is the 2nd largest in Oregon, and its top three non-English languages are Spanish, Russian, and Marshallese: http://www.salkeiz.k12.or.us/about/statistics.
The Oregon Department of Education publishes the annual Oregon Statewide Report Card. The most recent one covers the 2011-12 school year. On page 12 (actual numbered page is 6; PDF page is 12) is a table titled Most Common Languages of Origin of Students in Oregon Public Schools: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=1821. The top 6 after English are Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Ukrainian:

If you want to look at school districts’ websites, a quick way to do that is to use the links on this page from the Oregon School Boards Association: http://www.osba.org/edlinks/districts.htm. For example, you could sort by ADM (size by number of students) and then look for information on the websites of the top X number of districts.
Thanks,
Jen

Subject: [Libs-Or] Oregon Reads 2014: William Stafford
Hi Everyone:
I'm looking for information on the most linguistically diverse school districts in Oregon and which languages are the ones spoken the most in those districts.
The Oregon Reads 2014 Committee is looking for the possibility to publish a booklet with a selection of pacifist and poet laureate William Stafford in the most spoken languages in Oregon to be used in schools.
Thanks for your help,
Martín Blasco
