[Libs-Or] Consider the VTS preconference!

I as asked to post more information about this. VTS is a strategy
developed at the Museum of Modern Art when they discovered that their
programs didn't actually improve the aesthetic development of the
students. In conjunction with researcher Abigail Housen developed this
