Salem Public Library is seeking a Management Analyst with experience in
a library environment to join our management team. The analyst serves as
Acting Administrator when Library Administrator is absent. This manager
serves as fiscal officer with responsibility to monitor Division revenue
and expenses and yearly budget functions. The work may involve: grant
writing; acting as liaison with other City departments for building
maintenance and upkeep; managing and maintaining the Library’s annual
budget process and documents; participating in policy and direction
decisions; and ongoing analysis of various division functions. The
management analyst supervises five staff.
