[Libs-Or] Orbis Cascade Alliance communication with EBSCO and Ex Libris about data sharing

It may be that I am old school, but if we should not be looking at the color of the person doing the job as long as they are reaching out to all people.  A company is not a color or cultural. And why would this be an issue? Picking someone that does the job best is more important than what they look like.
