[Libs-Or] Public school student IDs as library cards

I'm interested in hearing from any libraries that have partnered with local school districts to allow students to use their ID as their library card. We have been brainstorming ways of boosting student use of the library, particularly high school students, and we like the idea of reducing barriers by not requiring students to sign up for or carry an additional card. However, we are curious about how this might work in practice. In particular, parent/guardian consent and things of that nature.

If your library has partnered in this or similar ways, please tell me about it!
