[Libs-Or] Public Libraries and CD collections

I still purchase CDs and they get checked out a lot, including being
borrowed by patrons at other libraries. I always try to get the "greatest
hits" albums and patrons have mentioned that they appreciate it. Right now,
country music is very popular. And remember, not everyone can afford
downloads.
