[Libs-Or] DVD Purchases

I use Amazon for many of our A/V purchases. Previously we used Midwest Tape and while they are still a very important part of the equation, using Amazon for a larger portion of purchases has saved approximately 25% of the A/V budget.
I use a corporate account linked to Prime. We receive 2 day shipping on in-stock materials. And our Friends group, being a Non-Profit, benefit from Amazon's Smile Program.  It took a little while for our Business Manager and myself to find the rhythm of processing the statement. Much depends on a file system that sorts the invoices by date of shipment. These days we pretty much blast right through it.
