SMART’s Northwest team, based in Salem, supports SMART programs in 5 counties. This position shares responsibilities with another Program Manager. Each Program Manager has a portfolio of schools and Pre-K programs, and is responsible for overseeing the program, as well as recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers at those sites. This position is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date volunteer records, as well as assisting with fundraising and general office management. We seek a bilingual staff member for our team because of the large number of Spanish-speaking students and community members that we work with.
