Our Beginning & Lower School Library has a position available.

Position Title:  BS/LS LIBRARY ASSISTANT
Department: BEGINNING SCHOOL, LOWER SCHOOL
FTE: 1.0 NON-EXEMPT
Reports to: LOWER SCHOOL HEAD
LEVEL: 1

POSITION SUMMARY

The Beginning and Lower School Library Assistant shares with the Librarian the responsibility for running the Lower School library, serving students and faculty/staff of the Beginning School (Preschool and kindergarten) and the Lower School (1st through 5th grade). The position includes clerical, technical, and cataloging assistance duties. The Library Assistant is responsible for assisting faculty and students and supervising the Library when the Librarian is otherwise occupied. The person in this position must be willing to become a part of the life of the Lower School i.e. help organize events, participate in student activities, etc.
