[Libs-Or] Using Articles or E-books in Displays / Exhibits?

QR codes aren't as user friendly as shortened URLs, which appear to be the
recommended standard now. There's a lot of URL shorteners out there,
including bit.ly and goo.gl; you can get usage stats from either.
