[Libs-Or] The latest issue of the Oregon Library Association Quarterly is now available!

The latest issue of the OLA Quarterly is now available! The theme for this
issue is Library Marketing and Communications, and the Guest Editor is Joan
Petit of Portland State University. The issue features ten articles that
focus on this rapidly growing aspect of library work, and how Oregon
libraries are finding new ways to reach out to their communities. There are
many ideas you can use at your library. Check to see if someone you know
wrote an article! *:)*

(Articles are easier to read if you download them. Also, this issue
features live URLs, if you download the .pdf file to an Adobe Reader.)
