FYI, the guide described below is a great place to start if you are looking to build your knowledge of resources and get ideas for financial literacy programming in your library. As a reminder, the State Library also provides a guide to financial literacy resources for librarians, and provides more local resources and contacts for programming:

MSW Library Partners:

The FINRA Investor Education Foundation and the American Library Association's Office for Research & Evaluation collaborated to create a resource guide<http://libguides.ala.org/finra-ore/personalfinance> that covers collection building, program development, and professional training for public libraries in personal finance subject areas.  The goal of this project was to understand and advance U.S. public libraries' capacity to support patron financial capabilities.
