[Libs-Or] Architects

I am a Commissioner for Yachats Public Library on the central Oregon
coast.  We are a small town of about 800 permanent residents with an
all-volunteer library.  We have an opportunity to move into a new larger
building in the city which requires an architectural overview and the
interior redesigned for the best possible library we can make within budget.
Unfortunately, there are few candidates available on the central coast,
therefore I am asking for any recommendations/suggestions of architects
from any library that has undergone recent building or remodeling of their
facilities.  We would appreciate any feedback on the subject anyone can
give us.
