Many employers look for leaders. But what does that mean in the library
world? A new webcast series aims to answer that question. 

 

Join the San Jose State University School of Information for its third
installment <https://ischool.sjsu.edu/about/webcasts/day-life-leader-part-3>
of "A Day in the Life of a Leader" webcast on Friday, April 13, 2018, from
10 - 11 a.m. Pacific Time. 

 

Guest speaker Dr. Melissa Fraser-Arnott will talk about her leadership roles
working in a variety of library and information environments, including her
current post as the chief of integrated library services at the Library of
Parliament in Ottawa, Canada, where she manages a team of 14 embedded
librarians who provide in-depth reference services to parliamentarians. 

 

The webcast is free to attend and will be recorded for future viewing.
