Hi everyone,

If you engage users on social media, you know that it takes a lot of time and effort- but how do you know if your hard work is paying off? Join the PNR Rendezvous webinar where you will learn the basics about social media analytics, and how to use the data to evaluate social media campaigns and programs. You will also learn the basic principles of evaluation, such as creating realistic outcomes and objectives for your social media activities. After this PNR Rendezvous session - "Beyond the Memes: Social Media Evaluation", you'll be able to evaluate and report on your social media activities, and have a basic understanding of evaluation principles.
