[Libs-Or] Job Opportunities for 2020 Census

The folks from the Regional Census Office asked me to help get the word out about job opportunities for the 2020 Census in Oregon. Those with library interests may be attracted the Partnership Specialist positions, which coordinate outreach efforts to help get undercounted groups to participate in the Census count for 2020. Seems like a great opportunity to build outreach and community partnership building skills!
