[Libs-Or] Delay in LIBS-OR emails on Friday, September 21

The State Library will be shifting servers for our listserv services on Friday, September 21. This means that there may be a delay in messages being posted to LIBS-OR during 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can send messages during that time, but please be aware that they may not be distributed until the migration in completed.
