The Acquisitions unit at Oregon State University Libraries and Press is looking for someone to join a fast-paced, hardworking, and positive team. If you are someone who strives to provide excellent customer service, has strong communication skills, enjoys problem-solving, and meets the minimum qualifications, then you may be the perfect fit for this Library Technician 3 position.



Some of the key minimum required qualifications include:



·       Minimum two years of current (within 10 years) hands-on experience managing print serial (including analyzed serials classed together or separately) and knowledge of serials bibliographic records.



·       Minimum one year of experience processing invoices and credits. As General description of work described in the Duties section under Print Subscription life cycle.



·       Minimum two years of experience copy cataloging and using online bibliographic databases.-Minimum one year of customer service experience.



·       One year of current experience (within 4 years) maintaining library electronic resources in an ILS.

The monthly salary for this union-supported position limited to the range of $2825 -$4259. Starting salary is commensurate with experience, and is not negotiable outside of the noted range.
