[Libs-Or] Please announce: Distinguished Service Award Winner Sara Charlton

Congratulations, Sara!  You have been a tremendous colleague and mentor to
many of us in the Oregon library community throughout your career.
Thank you for your many, many contributions to your community and to
libraries throughout Oregon, as well as OLA.  We look forward to formally
celebrating your achievements and distinguished service at the next OLA
conference.  All best wishes for your retirement, and all of the exciting
endeavors ahead!
