The Deschutes Public Library is looking for an inspiring manager to lead our Youth Services Team.  Application closing date is March 23, 2020.  Starting monthly salary range is $6,115.60 to $6,488.04 monthly with an excellent benefits package.

The Youth Services Manager is an exciting leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating and managing library services and creative, cultural programming for young residents age 0 to 17, their caregivers and families as well as services and programming for all ages of the Library's Latinx communities.  Primary duties include developing and implementing dynamic youth services strategies and supervising community librarians that provide services and programs to promote reading and early literacy, lifelong learning, readers' advisory and youth-oriented outreach.
