Hi there -

With funding from IMLS, the Association for Rural & Small Libraries (ARSL) is launching a leadership institute in 2021.  Outstanding in Their Field Leadership Institute<https://arsloutstanding.org> is recruiting 30 people who currently work in rural and/or small libraries throughout the country. The goal is to attract people from various geographic locations, backgrounds, and ethnicities. They are potential leaders who may not have an MLIS, and not even a college degree.

I am currently serving on the advisory committee for this national effort, and the resources that successful applicants will get is impressive.
