[Libs-Or] naming policy for library and rooms in library

Good morning -
My board is developing a naming policy and I'm casting my net out to all of you.  Is there anything in particular you are happy you have in your policy, anything you wish you had had, anything in there that got in the way?  Or any other insights you want to provide would be great.  Thanks.
