[Libs-Or] in search of CD audiobook wallet/cases

Hello:
We are in need of medium-sized B-O-T cases, specifically the plastic box (7" x 6.5" x 1.5") with two metal binder rings.
Recorded books sent us a bad batch on our last order.  

Midwest Tapes has Soundsafe Cases in stock, however, both companies lean toward the expensive.
Is anyone aware of a more affordable source?  Or, even a quality product on amazon?
