[Libs-Or] Staff development plan - request for examples

I'm starting to put together a staff development plan for our library, and
would love to have some examples to draw from. If your library has such a
plan (as outlined in OLA's Public Library Standards in the "Staff
Standards" section), would you be willing to share it with me? Please
