We don't, though I think other Multnomah County departments might.

Have you tried Metro's Recycling Information Center?
https://www.oregonmetro.gov/tools-living/garbage-and-recycling/ask-expert
They specialize in referrals for recycling and disposing all kinds of
materials, though from what I gather it really depends on what local
recycling companies are able to accept.  Most of their information is for
the Portland Metro area, but I'm pretty  sure they serve the whole state.

It would be a trek from Cornelius, but the non profit SCRAP
https://portland.scrapcreativereuse.org/ accepts all sorts of items for
creative reuse.
