**In the first round, 51 organizations received funding, including three Native organizations. Second round grants range from $1,500 to $100,000.***
Dear Buzzy
Funding is available to help libraries and museums improve access to vaccines. Examples of ways funding can be used are:
* Serving as a vaccine site
* Setting up informational booths at community festivals/events
* Hiring health professionals to participate in interactive exhibits/Q&A sessions
* Providing "swag" to incentivize vaccinations such as books or other non-cash items
* Funding marketing materials/ads specifically tailored to their communities
Here are key facts:
* The application window is October 12–29, 2021
* 154 awards (estimated) ranging from $1,500–$100,000 will be made
* Projects must be completed by March 31, 2022
