[Libs-Or] Deadline for Leadership Scholarships is fast approaching.

Hi Jane:
I'd like to apply for the Leadership Scholarship but what if we don't have
all of the information yet, such as cost or what costs might be sponsored
elsewhere?

For instance, the PNLA's conference hasn't opened registration yes for
their 2022 conference and I'm going back to school next term to finish my
degree.

Please advise.
