We are working to get this news from ACRL-OR out to the wider library community. In short:

ACRL-OR will not be hosting our usual Fall 2026 virtual conference in order to prioritize advocacy and planning ACRL-OR involvement in the upcoming Spring 2027 ACRL National Conference in Portland, OR, April 7-10, 2027.

ACRL-OR Conferences Update for 2026-27

ACRL-OR will not be hosting our usual Fall 2026 virtual conference in order to prioritize advocacy and planning ACRL-OR involvement in the upcoming Spring 2027 ACRL National Conference in Portland, OR, April 7-10, 2027.



With this in mind, we want to promote other conference opportunities in the region and online that provide a chance to connect with library workers and give presentations!

ACRL National Conference

Proposal deadlines:

  *   June 5, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Pacific) – Contributed paper, panel session, workshop proposals due
  *   October 16, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Pacific) – Community chat, lightning talk, poster session, roundtable discussion, and virtual
