[Local-Gov-News] Mailing Delay for January Month-End Pool Account Statements

Local governments that currently receive their pool account statements via mail delivery will experience a delay in receiving their January 2009 month-end statements.  Due to an issue at our printer, January month-end pool account statements will be mailed today (2/11/09).  We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.  If you require a copy of your January month-end pool account statement before the mailed statement will reach you, you can request a fax of the statement.  Requests for a faxed monthly statement should be sent to our lgip at mail.ost.state.or.us<mailto:lgip at mail.ost.state.or.us> e-mail address.  Please include your name, fax number and pool account number(s).  Our normal faxed statement fee of $1.50 per page will be waived due to the nature of this delay.

Local governments that access their pool account statements via our online web portal are not impacted by this delay.
